Refund policy
- To be eligible for a return, the paper seal (see image above) must remain un-open, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- No return request will be accepted if the paper seal is torn, unless the product is faulty1 that affects its use or function, or if you receive the wrong item. A photo of the faulty part or the wrong item needs to be attached to the written Return Request.
Under all circumstances, a written Return Request at info@chinacraftscollection.com is required within 7 days of the arrival of the purchase at your designated address. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchases.
You are responsible for the returning shipping fee under all circumstances.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for any of our products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
1. For a Jian Zhan, minor air holes, the tear of glaze liquid, or crackle glaze are all normal and are not deemed faulty.
